For those who may need financial assistance, sliding scale payments are available for all services upon request. Simply contact me and we can agree upon a reasonable energy exchange before setting up the appointment.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
All missed appointments or cancellations within 24 Hours (unless due to an emergency) are subject to a $40 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, this will also be considered "missed" and incur a $40 fee. Thank you for respecting my time.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been utilized for millennia to manage health and wellbeing by balancing the body's qi or life force energy using small, extremely fine needles inserted shallowly into certain points of the body. This holistic practice can address a variety of issues including pain, stress, digestive problems, fatigue, and poor sleep.

Cupping
Cupping is another potent modality under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). By applying suction using small glass or plastic cups, toxins and stagnant energy can be pulled from an area of tension/pain. In turn, fresh oxygenated blood is brought into the area for better healing. Used in conjunction with acupuncture or on its own, cupping can be great for pain, tension, and stress. *Patients should be advised that cupping may leave behind painless marks that can last up to 7-10 days.

Chinese Herbal Consult
Complementary to acupuncture or equally useful by itself, Chinese herbs provide a deeper method of treating health imbalances & maintaining overall wellness. After a thorough intake, a custom formula will be prescribed in one of three ways: raw herbs, powder granules, or premade patent medicine.

There is no additional fee to discuss herbs at a normally scheduled acupuncture appointment, but extra time is required to formulate custom blends.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing that helps bring the body, mind, and spirit back into balance. Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes, focused on your intention for healing (be it physical, emotional, or energetic). Each session includes a combination of traditional Usui Reiki as well as Karuna Reiki.

Combination Treatments
We can combine various treatment modalities to create a tailored session just for you, based on what you are looking to focus on. These sessions include extra time to do 2 services.

Options:
1) Acupuncture + Cupping
For pain/tension focus, get the best of both worlds by addressing muscular discomfort with cupping as well as holistic balancing with acupuncture.
​
2) Acupuncture Focus with Reiki Add On
Best suited for clients who want a focus of acupuncture, working on more of the physical body in the traditional session with ~30 minutes of needle retention, including 15 minutes of Reiki added on to support those intentions and enhance the relaxation effects of a treatment. Examples of what might be appropriate for this include: insomnia, anxiety, depression, IBS-like stress induced digestive issues, physical issues with an underlying emotional component.

3) Reiki Focus with Acu Add On
Best suited for clients who want to focus on Reiki and more of the body’s deeper subtle energy levels, with ~10 or fewer needles added on to supplement the treatment. This session allows for a longer amount of Reiki, 30 or 45 minutes, with fewer needles such as just auricular ear needles to calm down the nervous system or a small amount of grounding points on the lower body. Examples of what might be appropriate for this include: processing emotional trauma, deep relaxation, releasing energetic blocks, manifestation, cultivating courage/strength/motivation or other less tangible intentions.

Crystal Healing
Crystals hold different vibrations which can enhance and supplement energy work such as Reiki. The practitioner has a variety of stones to intuitively choose from, which can support the intention of the treatment by being placed in the patient's hands or on/around their body during the session. Suggestions of specific gems to use may also be given for ongoing benefit & wellness.
