CANCELLATION POLICY​

24 hour notice is required for change of appointment or cancellation, unless there is an emergency. If more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, it's considered a missed appointment/late cancellation. All late cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full appointment fee to the card on file.
